We offer free shipping anywhere in Australia on all orders. We use Australia Post to deliver all orders with a standard shipping policy. For international orders, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD. Otherwise, there is a flat fee of $19 for delivery.
If you require your order express shipping please contact us email@example.com. Please note, there will be an extra $10 charge for express shipping.
When we receive your order we send out an initial receipt, when the order has been shipped, there will be a second email sent with your tracking number so you can track your order straight to your door.
We are doing our best to get your glasses to you as quickly as possible. Sadly, due to the COVID19 crisis, there are sometimes some delays on shipping at this time.
Duties and Taxes
In the event your country charges import duties and taxes, we do not accept responsibility for this charge. Please check your local government website for taxes and duties prior to making an order.
Changed your Mind?
No problem. If they do not suit your face or the size or colour isn't right, we are happy for you to exchange your Bjorn's within 7 days of you receiving the item. No refunds are given for change of mind.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start the processing of exchanging your glasses.
Here is a outline of our conditions of exchange:
- We must receive notification of your wish to exchange the item within 7 days of you receiving the item;
- We must receive the glasses within 2 weeks of you notifying us of your intention to exchange the glasses;
- The product is in new and resalable condition;
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your glasses to us. To protect yourself, we ask for the glasses to be returned with signature on delivery. We do not accept responsibility for returns we do not receive.
- We provide only 1 exchange on every item. If you live outside of Australia, you will be charged an international shipping charge fee to send your exchanged pair.
- No returns available on sale items.
- No refunds are given for change of mind and we only exchange items once.
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. To assist in preventing this, within Australia we use signature on delivery of your glasses. On international orders, this service is not possible.
If your glasses are faulty, we will comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
